§ JROTC and School Uniforms

Uniforms fitted and pressed, billed to the school.

Hems, patches, insignia, dry cleaning and pressing for JROTC units and uniformed school programs. Bring the unit’s uniforms in one batch and we invoice the school or district directly.

§ What we do

Everything a uniform needs, in one shop.

01

Hems and fitting

Trousers and slacks hemmed to length, sleeves shortened, waists taken in. Done in our own shop on Arden Way, not sent out.

02

Patches and insignia

Unit patches, nameplates and rank sewn on and placed where the cadet regulation puts them. Bring one finished uniform as the reference and we match the rest to it.

03

Dry cleaning and pressing

Class A and service uniforms cleaned and pressed before inspections, drill meets, parades and the military ball.

04

Billed to the school

We invoice the school or the district directly for the unit’s order. Cadets and families do not pay at the counter.

§ How it works

One batch, one invoice.

01

Tell us what the unit needs

How many uniforms, what each one needs, and the date you need them back by. A rough count is fine to start.

02

Drop off in one batch

Bring the uniforms to the shop at 3437 Arden Way with each one tagged with the cadet’s name.

03

We confirm the date

Before we start, we tell you when the batch will be ready, so you can plan around the inspection or event.

04

Pick up, invoice follows

You collect the finished batch and the invoice goes to whoever handles purchasing at your school.

§ Already working with schools

We provide laundry service to three Sacramento-area school districts on recurring routes, and we have hemmed uniforms for a local JROTC unit and billed the district for the order. Invoicing a school is something we already do, not something we would be setting up for you.

Cleaning for Sacramento since 1986, out of one shop on Arden Way.

Get your unit ready for inspection.

§ Questions

What instructors ask
before they send a batch.

Who pays?

The school or district, on one invoice for the unit’s order. Tell us who handles purchasing and whether your district needs a purchase order first, and we will bill it that way.

Can cadets come in on their own?

Yes. A cadet can bring in a uniform and pay like any customer. If the unit is paying, it is easier to send the uniforms together so they land on one invoice.

How long does a batch take?

It depends on how many uniforms and what each one needs. Call us with the count and your deadline and we will give you a date before you drop anything off.

Do you work with other schools?

Yes. We already provide laundry service to three Sacramento-area school districts and have hemmed uniforms for a local JROTC unit.

What about sports teams, band and other uniforms?

The same works for any uniformed program at your school. Hems, repairs, patches and cleaning, billed to the school.
