A Korean family's Sacramento story.
In 1986, Mr. Ku opened a small storefront on Arden Way with a pressing machine, a second-hand till, and a promise that the work would never be rushed. Forty years later, we are still here — the same family, the same bench.
The 무궁화 (mugunghwa) — the Korean hibiscus — has been on our shingle since day one. It blooms a thousand times a season, and never the same way twice. That is the kind of care we try to practice.
