Step 2: Quick Onboarding Call

Once you’ve signed up, our team will give you a quick, friendly call. We’ll answer any questions you have, walk you through how the service works, and get your account all set up. We’ll also schedule your very first pickup during this call so everything is locked in and ready to go.

And here’s a nice little bonus: we’ll send you two laundry bags right away. These bags are what we use for our rotation system (more on that below), and they make the whole pickup and delivery process super smooth.

Step 3: Prepare Your Items

On your pickup day, just gather your dirty laundry and place it in one of your laundry bags near your front door, porch, or wherever works best for you. A few friendly tips:
